I am a resident of Arizona and my husband is a resident of Alaska. Arizona state taxes ask what your federal adjusted gross income is, but this would include my husbands wages which are NOT taxable by Arizona. Should I use married filing separate? or what do i do?

We got married April 2007 and at time I moved from Florida to Arizona where my wife was living at that time. She is therefore a full-time resident and I am only a part-year resident, however the forms don’t seem to allow for this situation when filing jointly. Any suggestions what forms to use ?
